Do You Guys Deliver?

Yes, we deliver throughout the Hampton Roads (757) area. Delivery starts at $6 and depends on your location!

How does pick up/delivery work?

Pick up- We will pick a date and time that works best for you and the pick up address will be sent after the deposit is sent! Please note that we schedule many orders in one day so please try to be on time. There is a 10min grace period and after that you are subject to a $10 late fee.

Delivery- We will pick a date and time that works best for you! After the delivery address is sent we can give you an accurate delivery fee. Please note we schedule many orders in one day, so please try to be on time. There is a 5min grace period for us waiting for you and after that you are subject to a $10 late fee.

When Should I Place My Order?

We prefer for you to place your order at least two weeks out to ensure we aren't booked up.

Orders placed by Wednesday 12pm will be available for pick up/delivery

as early as Friday after 4pm

What Is A Deposit?

The deposit is to secure your order. The deposit does go toward the final amount. Example if your order is $30 and you pay a $10 deposit, you'll have $20 left to pay when you pick up.

Deposits can be paid via Cash App, Apple Pay, or an invoice can be sent.

How many flavors (for cupcakes) can I do in one order?

You can have up to two different flavors within a 1/2 dozen or dozen with no extra charge. If you want more than two flavors there will be a fee of $5+ depending on how many you order. (This only applies to custom orders! If we have 12 different flavors on hand and you want one of each that is fine.)

Can I Place A Custom Same Day/Next Day Order?

Occasionally, yes but there will be a rush fee applied. Also if we are too busy we may decline.
